What's included.
Most places give you one of these. A membership gives you all of them, working from the same measurements. Tap anything you have not heard of and we will explain it plainly.
Medical care
A physician-led team you can reach directly.
MD · MSN · CRNP · BSN · RN
A membership with your doctor instead of paying per visit. You get unhurried appointments, and you message the same team who already know your history — no referral, no copay, no starting over each time.
One thread with your physician, coach and dietitian. Ask a question and get an answer without booking an appointment.
Prescription therapies to correct hormones that testing shows are off. Prescribed and monitored by the physician-led team when it is clinically appropriate. The therapies themselves are billed separately.
Coaching
A plan built for you, then adjusted every week.
MS · CSCS · PhD · BS · BA · PN1 · RD · FISSN · RDN
Your workouts, written for your body and your goal by an exercise scientist — then changed as your numbers change. Not a template you download.
Calorie and macronutrient targets set from your measured metabolism, not a formula based on your height and weight. Built by a registered dietitian.
A scheduled hour with your coach each month to review what happened and decide what changes.
The three apps your plan lives in: workouts with video, your numbers over time, and food tracking against your targets.
Testing
The measurements the whole plan is built on.
PhD · CSCS · ASN · PhD(s) · MA
A mask-on test on a bike or treadmill that measures how much oxygen you use as you work harder. It tells us your true fitness level, whether you are burning fat or carbohydrate at each pace, and the exact heart rates to train at. It is also one of the strongest predictors of how long you live.
You lie still for about 20 minutes and we measure the calories you burn doing nothing. That is your real baseline — calculators guess it, and are often out by hundreds of calories a day.
Three measurements combined into one number for fat mass and lean mass. It shows whether the weight you lost was fat or muscle, which the scale cannot.
A full-body scan that captures your measurements and shape in seconds, plus a strength test. Together they show change you can see and lift.
Credit toward bloodwork and advanced panels. A CGM is a small sensor on your arm that shows how your blood sugar responds to what you actually eat, for two weeks at a time.
In-person training
The Training Lab, and coaching in it.
MS · CSCS · PhD · BS
Small-group sessions with a Fitomics coach who has your test results in front of them. The lab holds eight people at a time — never a room of thirty.
The Homewood facility where the testing happens — so the people writing your program are the people who measured you.
Member savings
What membership changes about everything else.
Your plan is written for you.
A Fitomics exercise scientist writes your training. A Fitomics nutrition coach writes your nutrition. Both work from your measurements — not your height and weight, and not a template with your name on it.
Train in the lab that tested you.
Platinum includes Training Lab access for your assessments and Exercise Rx. Semi-private coached sessions are an add-on — $200 a month for about one a week, $400 for about two. Diamond includes three a week.
Worth knowing
Quarterly testing kept on schedule
$100 a month off for a second member of your household
Semi-private training available as an add-on
Everything in Online Coaching, included
A month as a member.
Not a list of what you are entitled to. What it is actually like.
Monday, 6:30am
You train the program written for you
Your week is already built — sets, loads and targets, from your own measurements. Sessions at the Training Lab are there when you want them.

Wednesday
Something feels off, so you send a message
Not a booking, not a portal, not a week of waiting. You describe it in the same thread your coach and dietitian are already in, and a physician answers.
Medicine · MD, CRNP
Thursday
Your coach changes the plan
The weekly check-in. Sleep was poor and two sessions felt heavy, so next week's volume comes down and your protein target goes up. The plan moves because the week did.
Coaching · exercise science & nutrition
Mid-month
Ten minutes on the scanner
3D scan and strength score. Enough to see whether the last four weeks moved anything, without waiting for the quarterly re-test.
Science
The same week
Bloodwork comes back, and someone reads it with you
Not a PDF in an inbox. Your physician walks you through what changed, and your dietitian adjusts your targets off the back of it that week.
Medicine + nutrition
End of the month
An hour, one to one
What worked, what did not, and what changes next month. Your training, your nutrition and your labs discussed as one plan rather than three.
Coaching · exercise science
Every 90 days
You get re-measured properly
VO₂ max, resting metabolic rate and body composition again. The next quarter is built from these numbers, not from how the last one felt.
Science
The team behind your plan
Physicians, PhD scientists, coaches and dietitians — working from the same measurements.

As a member you pay $5,988 a year — 46% less.
That is what Platinum's services cost at our own published rates, booked one by one. Members pay a little over half.
Where that number comes from.
Every line is a price we publish: Online Coaching and FitCare DPC at their own monthly rates, testing at Fitness Lab rates. Training Lab access and the household discount are not counted at all.
$499 billed monthly
6-month minimum commitment
Every membership starts with an exam — it is where the plan comes from, and the fee converts to membership credit.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What does Platinum include that coaching does not?
Everything in Online Coaching, plus direct primary care with the physician-led team, Fitomics Training Lab access, quarterly body composition, resting metabolic rate and VO₂ max testing, a monthly 3D scan and strength score, and $300 a year in lab credits.
How often will I be tested?
Body composition, resting metabolic rate and VO₂ max every quarter, and a 3D scan with strength score every month. That is the rhythm the plan is built around — it changes when your measurements do.
Can I add training sessions?
Yes. Semi-private training is an optional add-on to Platinum. If you want three sessions a week included rather than added on, that is Diamond.
Do I have to do an exam first?
Yes. The exam is where your plan comes from, and the fee converts to membership credit — in full with annual billing.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes — 6 months on monthly, quarterly and 6-month billing. That is long enough for a full testing cycle to mean something. Annual is paid up front and covers the year, so there is no ongoing monthly commitment either way.
