FitCare Direct Primary Care
For those who want access to our clinical services — including hormone optimization, peptide therapy, IV infusions, advanced lab work, and unlimited clinician messaging — without a full Platinum or Diamond membership. FitCare DPC provides concierge-level direct primary care with our physician-led team. Most FitCare needs are met conveniently via telehealth — messaging, video, or phone — with additional in-office visits scheduled as clinically indicated.

Frequently asked questions
What is direct primary care?
Direct primary care (DPC) is a membership model where you pay a flat monthly fee directly to your physician's practice instead of billing insurance per visit. That buys time and access: same-team continuity, messaging, telehealth, and unhurried visits. FitCare DPC adds Fitomics' exercise scientists, dietitians, and lab testing to that model.
How much does FitCare Direct Primary Care cost?
FitCare DPC is $199 per month. Quarterly billing saves 3%, 6-month billing saves 6%, and annual billing saves 10%, which works out to $179.10 per month paid up front. Membership is a 12-month commitment.
Is direct primary care the same as insurance?
No. FitCare DPC is not insurance and does not replace it. Most members keep a health plan for hospital care, specialists, and emergencies. Membership fees are typically FSA and HSA eligible.
Do I have to live near Alabaster?
Most FitCare care is delivered by telehealth, with two comprehensive in-office visits a year at Fitomics HQ in Alabaster and additional visits as clinically indicated. Enrollment is currently limited to residents of Alabama and Tennessee.
Does FitCare DPC include hormone or peptide therapy?
Members have access to hormone optimization and peptide therapy protocols when clinically appropriate, prescribed and monitored by the physician-led team. Those therapies are additional to the membership fee and are discussed during your consultation.
